



The Asian Pacific Women's Center (APWC) is a long term (6 months - 2 years) housing facility for women and their children
to live as they leave an emergency shelter and make the transition from an abusive relationship to becoming self-sufficient.

Para Los Ninos (PLN) is a childcare facility based in downtown Los
Angeles with satellite facilities located throughout the central LA area. In addition to childcare,
PLN offers many after school, family preservation and juvenile crime prevention programs, as well as a youth and
development center aimed at nurturing the growth of children and teens.

The Xerox Hawaii Victims Fund (XHVF) was established in November 1999 to assist the children of the families of the seven men who were killed at
Xerox by a fellow co-worker in Honolulu, Hawaii. The money donated to this fund was specifically earmarked for the children of these families.
There were 10 children age 17 years and younger. The XHVF has been officially closed as of June 2003.
